Who is my family? I'm married to Leslie, the most wonderful woman in all creation. We have the three most wonderful children in all creation, Evan (Director of Video Production at Germantown Baptist Church in Germantown, Tennessee), Anna Katherine (Junior at U of A studying music), and Joseph (senior at Bentonville High and one of our church's drummers). A sister (most wonderful in all creation), Jo Logan, who teaches speech and theatre at a community college in Senatobia, Mississippi.
Where did I go to school? Through high school in Horn Lake, Mississippi, Delta State University (Cleveland, MS), Memphis State University; The School of Life.
What’s on my TIVO? Don't have one. But I like old movies.
What’s on my iPod? Don't have one. But I like all kinds of music (well, most all kinds)..
What is something I want to do before I die? Get a TIVO and an iPod. And publish my Great American Novel (don't ask).
If you had a “Second Life” what would your name be? Alphaberry Whistlesnoot (don't ask).
What is my favorite restaurant? Coletta's in Memphis; Glasgow's here, I suppose.
Who is my hero (besides Jesus)? Hmmmmmm.....maybe T. E. Lawrence (of Arabia, ya know). He was as messed up as I am and still had a movie made about him. A story of redemption and sacrifice, a towering epic. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll taste the sand in your mouth.
What do I do on your day off? Survey my vast half-acre estate, think about writing, painting, exercising, blogging (Yes, I have one! Ain't I modern?)
What am I passionate about? Creating in whatever medium I'm into at the time. Redeeming the arts.
