Who is your family? I am married to the most hilarious, friendly, competitive, and compassionate man, Daniel Franklin. We have a new son (Cooper) born in April of 2008 and we both wake up every morning and pinch each other to make sure it’s really true! We love him so dearly and he is the joy of our lives! (Not to mention he’s the most adorable baby!) We also have an ornery dachshund named Chloe..
Where did you go to school? Graduated high school in Lubbock Texas (I agree with David… God’s country) and then went to Wayland Baptist University where I double-majored in Religion and Religious Education.
What’s on your TIVO? If I had TIVO and cable, I would have anything from HGTV. I love to decorate! I would also have American Idol, the Closer, the Bachelorette, and Wheel of Fortune.
What’s on your iPod? Chris Tomlin, Big Daddy Weave, Hillsong, Jeremy Camp, Shawn McDonald, and a WHOLE bunch of kids songs!
What is something you want to do before you die? Go to every MLB stadium and collect a pin saying I did… never was a baseball fan until Daniel came my way! Go Texas Rangers!
If you had a “Second Life” what would your name be? Candice Olson… I would LOVE to be an interior decorator!
What is your favorite restaurant? Fresco’s in Watauga TX (the best Tex-Mex EVER… if you go there… try their queso!) and Glasgow's.
Who is your hero (besides Jesus)? My husband… he supports me, loves me unconditionally, is my best friend, loves the Lord with all his heart… he teaches me more about my faith every day.
What do you do on your day off? Play with my son and dog, clean house, water my plants (gardening is my new hobby), and drink coffee (not to mention Dr. Pepper… more specifically a VDP).
What am you passionate about? My family and teaching others about Christ.
